How to Travel Safely and Comfortably



Spending hours in a car, plane, or train can be very exciting. After all, it means a fun vacation is coming up! But, the experience of traveling can be anything but fun. You're often cramped, bored, and potentially very uncomfortable. Not only can traveling be a pain, but it can also be dangerous. Sitting for too long can cause serious health issues. If you've got a trip coming up or are just daydreaming about vacation, here is how to travel safely and comfortably.

Get Up and Move

When you sit for long periods, your body can struggle to pump blood from your legs to your heart. When blood pools in your legs, it can cause swelling and blood clots.
